Our working process is structured and transparent, ensuring that every decision is meaningful and each phase is aligned with the project’s objectives, context, and technical requirements.

Reception and analysis

We collect the essential information of the project: objectives, needs, program, criteria of use, indicative budget and technical or regulatory constraints. We identify priorities, risks and opportunities, and define a shared framework to ensure that all parties understand the challenge and the expected result. This first diagnosis establishes the basis of the project and avoids future deviations.
 

Conceptualization

We generate initial proposals based on the diagnosis and context: ideas of volume, organization of spaces, functional relationships and design criteria. We select one or two solid lines and develop them in a clear direction, with diagrams, references and initial presentation materials to contrast with the client and validate decisions in time. The concept defines the character and coherence of the project.
 

Development and detailed plans

We transform the concept into precise architectural documentation: distributions, sections, elevations and definition of key elements of the project. We work with proportions, light and materiality with rigor, and incorporate visualizations or 3D models when necessary to check coherence and functionality. This phase allows decisions to be made with confidence before entering into executive definitions and coordinating criteria between disciplines.
 

Documentation and technical coordination

We prepare the final documentation necessary to execute the project with guarantees: technical plans, construction criteria, definition of materials and elements, and coordination with structures and facilities when appropriate. We organize the information so that it is useful for budgeting, contracting and regulatory compliance, and so that the work can be executed with control and quality. The goal is to reduce improvisations and resolve before entering the work.
 

Construction management and monitoring

We accompany the execution with monitoring and control: we check that what is built conforms to the project, we make visits and coordinate with the agents involved and we resolve incidents with technical criteria. We report on the progress, validate necessary adjustments and ensure that the final result maintains the defined quality, respecting deadlines and conditions. The delivery is made with the peace of mind that the project has materialized as it was conceived.
