The rehabilitation of this building located on Carrer Marià Cubí in Barcelona addresses the updating of the existing architecture through an intervention respectful of the urban context and the building’s original configuration. The project combines functional and constructive improvement criteria with a contemporary reading of the façade, strengthening the building’s relationship with its immediate surroundings.
