The project for five public housing units with a ground-floor commercial space in Barcelona, located in the El Carmel neighbourhood, addresses a compact residential programme by integrating housing and activity within a consolidated urban environment. The architectural proposal prioritises an efficient functional layout, the optimisation of interior spaces, and a façade coherent with the neighbourhood context, responding to criteria of habitability, constructive clarity, and regulatory compliance specific to public housing.
