This Privacy Policy aims to inform, in a clear, transparent and accessible manner, about how we collect, process, store and protect the user’s personal data.
This document has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
This policy generally applies to all personal information that the user provides through the website tgin.cat, as well as through contact forms, emails, phone calls, or any pre-contractual or contractual relationship arising from our architecture services.

3. What is meant by personal data and processing
Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject), such as name, surname, postal address, email, phone number or the connection IP address. Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on such data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, retrieval or erasure.
4. Purposes of processing and data collected
Arquitectura TGIN, S.L.P. collects and processes the user’s data solely for the following specific and lawful purposes:
- Handling inquiries and requests for information: We process the data provided (name, email, phone and text message) through forms or email in order to respond to requests, questions or service inquiries voluntarily made by the user.
- Management of the contractual and professional relationship: Where a commission, quote or architecture project is formalised, we process identification, contact and billing data for the performance of the contract, administrative procedures, management of building permits, site management and billing of services.
- Professional and commercial communications: Where there is a prior contractual relationship or express consent has been obtained, technical or professional communications directly related to the activity of the architecture studio may be sent by email or an equivalent means, in accordance with Article 21 of the LSSI-CE.
5. Legal basis
The processing of your personal data by Arquitectura TGIN, S.L.P. is based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Consent of the data subject: Freely given by the user when using the contact form, sending an email, or expressly agreeing to start an inquiry. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effect.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures: Necessary for drawing up formal quotes or for carrying out architecture and urban planning service contracts entered into with clients.
- Compliance with legal obligations: Arising from tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering regulations, or requirements of the Official Association of Architects of Catalonia (COAC) in relation to project approval.
6. Data retention period
The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the purpose for which it was collected remains, for as long as the contractual relationship is in force, or until the user requests its deletion. Once the reason for processing has ended, the data will be duly blocked and restricted for the exclusive use of Courts, Tribunals, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or competent Public Administrations during the legally established limitation periods (generally 4 years for tax purposes and 5 years for contractual liability).

Arquitectura TGIN, S.L.P. will not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

9. User rights
As the data subject, the user has the following rights over their personal information, which may be exercised entirely free of charge:
- Access: The right to know whether we are processing your data and to obtain a copy of it.
- Rectification: The right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure (Right to be forgotten): The right to request the permanent deletion of data when it is no longer necessary for the original purposes.
- Objection: The right to request that the processing of data be stopped for reasons related to personal circumstances or direct marketing.
