Developed as part of a public housing competition in Madrid, this proposal aims to address the need for affordable housing through a clear, rational, and efficient architectural approach. The project proposes a flexible typological organisation, with well-oriented dwellings and shared spaces that encourage social interaction, paying particular attention to the relationship between volume, façade, and urban context, as well as to sustainability and construction optimisation criteria.
